Groups
If you are requesting a group training at your location, please complete a Contact Us Form with training name, number of participants, training location and at least two dates and time choices.
Payment
Payment is due in full five (10) business days before the training or workshop. We accept checks or credit payments via a Paypal invoice. Business or organization checks will be accepted for group workshops.
A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds: Workshop, training and certification fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations: If a training is cancelled or rescheduled by Compass Training Solutions, LLC due to inclement weather or other acts of God, client will automatically receive a credit and a seat in the next available training class.
If a training is cancelled or rescheduled by Compass Training Solutions, LLC for reasons other than inclement weather or other acts of God, client may request a refund or receive a credit for the next available class.
Attendance:
Clients are responsible for ensuring that registered participants arrive to the training on time and stay for the duration of the training. Core of Knowledge training certificates (childcare trainings) will not be issued to participants who arrive late or leave early.
Certificates are issued 10 working days after the conclusion of the training class. Certificates will be sent via mail to the address provided by the client. Certificates will not be mailed to individual participant addresses. Lost certificates will be replaced for a $10 replacement fee.
Electronic Devices:
Electronic devices are not permitted. If you must have your cell phone, please ensure that it is on silent or vibrate. Please leave the room to answer cell phone calls and/or text messages. Participants who leave the room excessively will not receive a certificate or credit for the training or workshop.
