Where do trainings take place?
Trainings take place at a location selected by the training clients.
Where can I learn about payment, classroom and registration policies?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money order or credit card (online or over the phone) payments. Checks and money orders should be made out to: Compass Training Solutions. Returned checks will be subjected to a $35 return check fee. Check payments will be accepted up to five (5) days before the training.
When I pay online, is my personal information secure?
YES! You can shop at www.compasscts.com with confidence. We have partnered with Paypal, a leading
payment gateway, to accept credit cards payments safely and securely for our customers.
Do I have to renew my CPR or First Aid Certification?
Yes. CPR and First Aid Certifications need to be renewed every two years.
Is my CPR or First Aid received through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross?
Yes. Compass' Instructors are certified and approved to provide CPR and First Aid Certifications through the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) and the American Heart Association (AHA).
HSI trainings are equitable to the American Red Cross and American Heart Association. HSI certifications are accepted by hundreds of companies including the US military. To check out HSI’s training programs and credentials, visit www.hsi.com.
Do you offer group trainings and discounts?
Yes. Group trainings can be arranged for groups with a minimum of six participants. Group discounts are available for groups with 10 or more participants. For group rates, please contact Compass Consulting and Training Solutions, LLC at compassolution@gmail.com or (410) 922-8899.
Will you come to my location to do a training?
Yes. We are available to schedule trainings at the location of your choice on a day/time that is convenient for you. For CPR/First Aid, groups must have a minimum of six participants. For childcare Core of Knowledge trainings, groups are charged a flat rate for up to 10 participants. Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a group discount.
What types of services do you provide to small businesses and nonprofits?
We provide an array of administrative, executive and financial planning services to small businesses and nonprofits.
How can I receive Consulting Services assistance?
All potential clients are scheduled for a 90 minute initial assessment. Potential clients must complete a business assessment survey prior to scheduling an initial assessment appointment. The initial assessment will be used to gather information about the potential client’s current services, needs and briefly discuss and review client's 2-5-10 year plans. The initial assessment costs $99 and is payable prior to the appointment. The initial assessment is not a confirmation of a contract. Neither side is obligated to pursue contractual services.

Do I have to sign a contract when I utilize Compass’ Consulting Services?
Yes. Once Compass and potential client have mutually agreed to engage in a business partnership, a contract will be drafted outlining the terms of the partnership. All first time clients receive a contract of no more than six months. Contracts are renewed/not renewed at the end of the six month term.
How do I schedule an appointment for an initial assessment?
You will need to complete a pre-assessment business survey and make your payment prior to making an initial assessment appointment. You can schedule an appointment by completing an inquiry form on our Contact Us page, emailing us at compassolution@gmail.com or calling us at (410) 922-8899.
